Our Mission
At Further Faster Harder Foundation, a military non-profit organization based in Simpsonville, SC, our mission is to empower and help veterans and their family to find their voices, while shedding light on the issues they face down range and at home.
Origin of Foundation Name
The Ranger Creed states that, “I accept the fact that as a Ranger my country expects me to move further, faster and fight harder than any other soldier.” We wanted to pay homage to the Regiment that led to our foundation and give a strong message that we will move Further Faster and Fight Harder to help our veterans now.

Alex Winebarger
Executive Director & Founder
Alex is a native of Greenville, SC with his wife and two daughters. After completing a dual degree at USC Upstate he has worked in the logistics industry for 7 years, with team leadership experience. He is dedicated to helping veterans find their voice in creative outlets and supporting families through the process.
Katie Winebarger
Board Member
Katie was born and raised in Greenville, SC. She now works for Bain & Company as a consultant in San Francisco, CA. She is committed to providing veterans with resources, support, and opportunity to find purpose and belonging after their service.
Martha Winebarger
Board Member
Following a successful career in marketing, Martha served her community by volunteering on several boards, such as The Guild of the Greenville Symphony Orchestra, St Joseph’s Catholic School (Knight’s Circle) and InnoVision. She understands that the sacrifices families make when their loved ones serve their country are profound and life changing. It is her greatest privilege to raise both awareness and much needed funds to provide veterans and their families with a new path in life.
